How to Make a ReferralWe make it easy for case managers, parole officers, VA coordinators, and hospital discharge planners to refer clients.
Call or text 713-635-9279, email us, or fill out our Client Screening Form online.
Provide basic client details, income documentation, and any special needs or supervision requirements.
We review promptly and follow up within 1–2 business days with a decision and clear next steps.
Once approved, we coordinate move-in logistics to ensure a smooth, dignified transition for your client.

If pre-approved, you'll receive a private link to our Resident Application form to complete online.
Our team reviews within 1–2 business days and contacts you with a decision and clear next steps.
